Which one works better?

A first attempt at truely painting with my new display. My feelings are mixed.

I just bought a bunch of pens and the damned things are all leaking. Or something.

I debated over putting this last one up. I was browsing my archives and I found this original piece by Bruce Timm and Shane Glines and I wanted to take a swing at their style. So yeah I copied the work, not with the intent of duplicating it exactly, but rather to experience their design and technique. Suffice it to say, my version pales, infinitely…

I have mixed feelings about this one.

I must illustrate a battletech graphic novel.

My take on a gag someone suggested.

I’m not the fastest painter, but this is what I’d describe as fast and loose for myself. It’s a World of Warcraft painting, of a Night Elf rogue about to gank a Troll hunter guy, named after a friend’s avatar.

Not much to say. Just felt like drawing a little violence
